At TheraPetMD, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain hair-free and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
